Survey – The December 2020 newsletter sent out to residents of Ward 5 in Rochester Minnesota has an invitation to https:\/\/palmerward5.org\/ to fill out a survey and sign up for a monthly newsletter about issues and other items happening in Rochester Minnesota that affect the residents of Ward 5. If a resident chooses to fill out the survey about ward 5 issues, this data will be used by Shaun C Palmer to understand as a coucilperson what is important to the residents of Ward 5. This data may be used in the monthly newsletters or to show % pie chart like results on the website. If you do not want to be signed up for the newsletter, you may fill out the survey without being added to the newsletter. You may also be added to the newsletter without filling out the survey. We may use a third party to send out newsletters via email or postal mail. We will never sell your data. We will never give away your data. We only use your data to communicate with you about the topics of the survey and other ward 5 or Rochester Minnesota issues. We will also use the data to try to better understand what Ward 5 wants, in order to make a\u00a0 better community. This survey is under https:\/\/ security. We also use your information to respond to your requests and concerns. We may use a third party to allow us to conduct newsletter sendings, such as Constant Contact or similar service.<\/p>\n
